Your request for information in no way is a guarantee of availability of dates or product, nor an agreement that Elegant Events will provide your event with any rental.  Rental guarantee is only finalized upon receipt of sign Event Agreement and deposit.  If items or dates are not available, we will advise you within 48 hour of receipt of your request. 

Full Terms and Conditions will be provided to you with your Event Proposal and Agreement.  Should you have ANY questions regarding any of our terms, please contact us for clarification before signing and returning your Event Agreement and deposit.
